Don served in the U.S.Navy, attended Arizona State University, served again in Korea, then earned his Law degree from the University of Arizona. With his Law degree he moved back to his home town, where he was one of Globe's prominent attorneys for many years. He had been active in the V.F.W.
and the Boy Scouts.
Don loved the outdoors. He introduced his children and their childhood friends to the pleasures of unspoiled forests, quit streams, and smoky campfires. He loved history, and the cultures and backgrounds of the people he met. He could speak to anyone about anything.
Left behind in loving memory are his wife, Rachel Premeau of Globe, father, Ralph Premeau of Globe,
sons, Sean Premeau of Tucsan, Mark and his wife Patricia Premeau of Chandler, Steven and his Wife Florence of Chandler, daughters Leanora Premeau of Park City, Utah, Michelle Premeau of La Jolla, California, sister Sharron Williams of Little Acre, Grandchildren, cloe, Chelsea and Camille and his favorite uncle, Barry and his wife Eunice DeRose of Globe. Don was proceeded by his mother Wyles Premeau 1974.
Don believed individualism. He strongly believed in blazing his own trail. "Do not follow the sheep, be the Shepard" was a favorite quote.
We will miss Don, that engaging smile, the twinkle in his eye, his laughter, the friendly greeting for everyone he met. He was such special part of our lives. We will remember him always with joy in our hearts, not sadness, remembering all the happy times we shared. God be with you Don, may he grant you eternal peace.
