Sandra J. (Kaderabek) Key, age 59, of 615 Woodlawn Drive, Manitowoc, passed away peacefully on Thursday afternoon, May 31, 2007, at her residence.
She was born on June 5, 1947, the fourth child to Frank and Leona (Hastreiter) Kuehnl, and has been a lifelong area resident. Sandra graduated from Lincoln High School, Manitowoc, in 1965. On June 16, 1973, she married Charles Kaderabek of Manitowoc, and they were married for 27 years. On April 8, 2002, she married Joseph Key of Loudon, Tenn. For many years she was a volunteer and employee at Jefferson Elementary School. She was later employed at Connie's Hallmark for 13 years, where she enjoyed immensely her daily contact with her customers and treasured the friendships made through the years.

She was preceded in death by her father: Frank Kuehnl; an infant brother: Randy Kuehnl; a nephew: Korey Kuehnl; and a great-nephew: Jacob Cherney.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 4, 2007, at St. Francis of Assisi on Grand Avenue, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Monsignor Jim Vanden Hogen.
The family will greet relatives and friends at The Pfeffer Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Manitowoc, from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday, June 3, 2007. A prayer service will conclude the visitation at 7 p.m. led by Deacon Paul Kieffer.
Friends may also call Monday morning at St. Francis of Assisi on Grand Avenue, Manitowoc, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at 10:30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations in Sandy's name made to The Cancer Care Center at Holy Family Memorial Hospital, 2300 Western Ave., Manitowoc, WI 54220.
