Rites planned today, tomorrow for Frances M. Robertson, 90
A funeral Mass for Frances M. Robertson, 90, retired Kitsap County grade-school teacher, will be at 7 p.m. today at Seattle's St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Burial will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow in Bremerton's Forest Lawn Cemetery. She died Thursday in a Seattle hospital.
Mrs. Robertson, a Puget Sound area resident for more than 50 years, retired in 1957 after a 30-year teaching career in Minnesota and Washington, primarily in the Bremerton and Central Kitsap school districts.
Born in Morris, Minn., she received her teaching degree from Minnesota State Normal School at St. Cloud.
Mrs. Robertson was a member of the Washington State Retired Teachers Association and had been active in St. Patrick's Parish and Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Bremerton.
Surviving are a son, John P. Robertson, Potlatch, Mason County, and a stepdaughter, Phyllis Kimmons, Everett.
