STEVEN KUCERA

Steven Kucera, age 86, a resident of Oakridge Gardens Nursing Center, Menasha, Wisconsin, died Saturday afternoon April 25, 1998, at the center.

He was born November 19, 1911, in Chicago, son of the late Stefan and Anna (née Kostenlina) Kucera.

Steven was a Chicago resident until 1968, moving to Manitowoc, Clover, and Francis Creek. He was a third-generation tavern owner who owned and operated Ron's Liqure [sic] and Beer Drive Inn in Manitowoc, and Ron's Clover Inn Bar in Clover.

Survivors include a loving friend, Lois O. Kucera, Manitowoc (also buried here, #106675485), one daughter and son-in-law, Cindy L. Kucera and Gary B. Van Densen, Neenah; one son and daughter-in-law, Ron and Sharon Kucera, Green Bay; one granddaughter, Nicole Kucera, Manitowoc; two sisters, Elizabeth Starzyk, Arizona, and Mildred Potocki, Chicago; one sister-in-law, Frieda Kucera, Chicago. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Steven was preceded in death by one brother, John.

Private family services were held at Knollwood Mausoleum, with entombment following the service.
