Born in Searcy County, Arkansas, she came to Wichita in 1937 from Stillwater,Okla. Her husband Frank William, died in 1936.
Survivors include four sons, Jess C., Cushing, Okla., Cecil, Yuma, Ariz., Ray, Fullerton, Calif., and Everett, Spokane, Wash.; three daughters, Mrs. Stella Richcreek, Mrs. Sue O'neal, and Miss Evelyn Berger Wichita; a half-brother, Jasper Firestone, Wainwright, Alberta, Canada, and two half-sisters, Mrs. Susie Webster, Huntington Park, Calif., and Mrs. Myra Schieck, Creston, Alberta.
