MONICA MACDONALD
Monica M. MacDonald, age 81, formerly of Two Rivers, died Monday, April 20, 1998, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center, Des Moines.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, April 32, 1998, at St. Mark Catholic Church, Two Rivers. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be Rev. Larry Seidl with entombment to follow at Knollwood Mausoleum, Town of Kossuth, Wis.
Monica was born May 4, 1916, in the Town of Meeme, Manitowoc County, Wis., daughter of the late John and Ida LaCroix Schram. On December 27, 1941, she married Kenneth C. MacDonald, in Osman, Wis. He preceded her in death on October 7, 1991. Monica worked at Paragon Electric Company for 17 years, until her retirement.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law John and Jeannie MacDonald, Johnston, Iowa; three grandchildren, Mary Huscher, Kelly Nesheim, Mike MacDonald; three great grandchildren, Anne, Katie, and Elizabeth, one sister, Daisy Burkart, St. Nazianz, Wis.; one sister-in-law, Addie MacDonald, Two Rivers, Wis. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by one brother, one sister, and two brothers-in-law.
Friends may call at St. Mark Church on Thursday morning, from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services at 11:30 a.m. Klein and Stangel Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorials may be made to St. Mark Catholic Church, Two Rivers.
