Glen Jarboe Obituary:

Glenna Magdalene Jarboe was called home to eternal life on November 7, 2010 at the age of 98 years, 2 months and 26 days.

She was born on August 12, 1912 to Henry and Della Beemer in Ohio. She resided in Sidney, Ohio; Long Beach, Pomona, Strathmore, Lindsay, Reedley and Visalia, California for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Bill; her parents and all her siblings: Ruby, Dorothy, Larry, Lester, and Babe. She was indeed the end of a generation and an era!

She is survived by her children: Mike Jarboe, Winnetka, CA, Judy Birtcil, Chico, CA, Carol Jones, Three Rivers, CA and Joanie Jarboe, Clovis, CA, 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She lived a life devoted to her family and was active in her church. She loved cooking and crafts.

We were very blessed to have her in our lives for so long. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. .
