Edna A. Henschel, 80, of 11723 Marken Road, Kiel, died Tuesday afternoon, June 12, 1990, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton.
Funeral services will be 3:30 p.m. Friday at St. James United Church of Christ, Spring Valley. Rev. William Kesting will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.

The former Edna Karstaedt was born December 14, 1909, in the Town of Meeme, daughter of the late Fred and Elizabeth Koeser Karstaedt. She attended the former
Woodland School in the Town of Meeme. On December 15, 1929, she married Leslie Henschel at Bethlehem United Church of Christ, Town of Schleswig. She was a member
of St. James United Church of Christ, Spring Valley.

Survivors include her husband, Leslie; two sons, LaVerle (Madge) of School Hill and Stanley Charles of Milwaukee; one daughter, Mrs. Barbara (Jan) Van Spijker of
Cleveland; seven grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Hilda (Arnold) Rambadt of Newton, Mrs. Norma (Alfred) Gabsch of rural Cleveland, Mrs. Alma (Ervin) Brost of School
Hill, Mrs. Lorraine (Stanley) Vogel of rural Manitowoc. She was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters.

Friends may call at Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel, 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday at the church from 10 a.m. to the time of service. A memorial fund has been established in her name.
