Mrs. David Lorfeld, 90, of Spring Valley, died this Wednesday morning at her home following an illness of three months.

Mrs. Lorfeld was born May 7, 1872, in the town of Centerville, daughter of the late Edward and Margaret Reinemann Lutze. She was married Jan, 13, 1891, to David Lorfeld, and they resided in the town of Meeme. He died in 1935 and since 1942 she has made her home at Spring Valley. She was a member of the St. James United Church of Christ at Spring Valley.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Cranston (Elsie) Heckmann and Mr. Walter (Mattie) Berger of Spring Valley, and Mrs. Francis (Flora) Schulz of Neenah; one son, Arthur, on the homestead farm; brother, John Lutze of Cleveland; sister, Mrs. John Lorfeld of Cleveland; 21 grandchildren and 40 great grandchildren. Mrs. Lorfeld was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter and two sons.
