ALLEN E SCHWARTZ

Allen E. Schwartz, 75, of 13232 Point Creek Road, Newton, died unexpectedly, Wednesday morning, June 7, 1995 at his home.
He was born July 16, 1919 in the Town of Meeme, son of the late John and Louise Oehmechen Schwartz. On Oct. 14, 1944 he married Caroline Koeppen at Zion Lutheran church, Louis Corners. Allen worked for the Manitowoc County Highway Department, retiring in 1965.
Survivors include his wife, Caroline; one son, Richard, Newton, one daughter, Linda (Richard) Scholten, Kiel; one granddaughter; two sisters, Flora Herzog, Sheboygan; Lorena Wagner, Sheboygan and one sister-in-law, Lucille Schwartz, Howards Grove. He was preceded in death by five brothers and one sister.
Funeral services will be held at Meiselwitz-Vollstedt Funeral Home, Kiel, with the Rev. Richard Warnke officiating. Burial will be in St. James Cemetery, Spring Valley.
