Mathida "Tillie" W. Moschel, age 87, of North Ridge Care Center, Manitowoc, formerly of Valders, died Sunday, December 12, 1993, at the Care Center following a short illness.
Funeral Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at St. John's-St. James Lutheran Church, Reedsville. The Rev. David Kipfmiller officiating with entombment in the Knollwood Mausoleum.
She was born April 27, 1906, in Reedsville, daughter of the late Fredrick and Ottilia (Natzke) Bratz.
She married Albert Moschel on October 8, 1927 in Reedsville. She farmed with her husband in the Town of Rockland until they retired and moved to Valders. She was a lifetime member of St. John's-St. James Lutheran Church in Reedsville.
Survivors are her husband Albert of the North Ridge Care Center, Manitowoc; two daughters and sons-in-law, Florence and Raymond Bratz, Valders, Delores and Vernon Krueger, Manitowoc; two sons and daughters-in-law, Fredrick and Tammy Moschel, Manitowoc, Myron and Nancy Moschel, Chilton; 25 grandchildren, 59 great grandchildren; one sister, Lydia Olp, North Ridge Care Center; two sisters-in-law, Louise Eichorst, Reedsville, Malinda Moschel, Manitowoc; many relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, LaVern Krueger, one infant son; two infant granddaughters; two grandsons, Dennis and Wayne; one great grandson, Clay; two sisters and one brother.
Friends may call at the Witing Funeral Home Reedsville, from 4-9 p.m. Wednesday and on Thursday from 7:45 until 10 a.m. then at the church from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service.
