Mr. McNeill, a native of E. Liverpool, Ohio lived in the Barberton area most of his life. He was a U.S. Navy Pearl Harbor survivor, and saw action in 11 major campaigns. He was an old fashion traveling salesman, retiring as Eastern Regional Sales Manager for Ribbon Narrow. One of the youngest Eagle Scouts in Ohio. He was a member of the Barberton Lodge #750 F&A.M., A.A.S.R., Tadmor Shrine Center, Barberton Shrine Club, American Legion and the
Barberton Elks.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 68 years, Helen; son, David, of Barberton; daughter, Tish (Bill) Biggs of Norton; four grandchildren and on great-granddaughter.
