The funeral of Norman Bell will take place this afternoon at 1 o'clock at the residence, 210 West Freemason street, and will be conducted by Rev. H.H. Covington, D.D., rector of Old Saint Paul's Episcopal church. Interment will be in Elmwood cemetery. Mr. Bell, who was one of Norfolk's oldest and most prominent citizens, died at his residence Friday afternoon following a critical illness of five weeks' duration.
