Charlene Petrashek, age 57, of 1311 Hamilton St., Manitowoc, died Friday, June 25, 1999, at her residence.
She was born October 9, 1941, in Los Angeles, Calif., daughter of Sylvia Cook and the late Harold Cook. Charlene received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law, Mindy Petrashek, Shannon and Antonio Carpio, all of Manitowoc; two granddaughters, Megan and Vanessa Carpio; her companion, Thomas J. Huycke, Manitowoc; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, June 29, 1999.
