LORRAINE KUEHNL

Mrs. Victor Kuehnl, 51, of Whitelaw, died Wednesday morning at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc. She had been ill three weeks.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 Friday at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville, and at 10 a.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church, Whitelaw. The Rev. Leo J. Schmitt will officiate and burial will be at the church cemetery.

Mrs. Kuehnl, nee Lorraine Sauer, was born June 27, 1916, in the Town of Franklin, daughter of the late Louis Sauer and Emma Kopidlansky Sauer. She attended Taus grade school and was a 1935 graduate of Lincoln High School, Manitowoc. She was employed for several years in the office of the Salvatorian Seminary, St. Nazianz.

On Feb. 12, 1944, she was married to Victor Kuehnl for St. Michael Catholic Church and took residence on the Kuehnl homestead farm in Whitelaw. Her husband died Sept. 16, 1967. She was a member of the Christian Mothers Society.

Mrs. Kuehnl is survived by two daughters, Miss Eunice Kuehnl, of Manitowoc and Mrs. Ervin (Nancy) Korinek, of Rt. 2, Manitowoc; four brothers, Edwin, Louis and Joseph, of Rt. 1, Whitelaw, and Francis, of Cato; two sisters, Mrs. Howard Nate, of Rt. 2, Reedsville, and Mrs. Thomas Bradley of Green Bay; her mother of Whitelaw and three grandchildren.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Thursday until time of services. Rosary will be recited by the Rev. Father Schmidt and the Christian Mothers Society 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
