MARGARET M. MUENCH
Margaret M. "Mickey" Muench, age 81, formerly of Whitelaw, died on Tuesday evening, Jan.19, 2010, at the Manitowoc Health and Rehabilitation Center surrounded by her family.
Margaret was born on Dec. 17, 1928, in Whitelaw, daughter of the late Albert and Margaret (Klein) Grimm. She married Norbert T. "Shorty" Muench in Whitelaw on Nov. 19, 1947. Margaret was employed as a nursing assistant at the Manitowoc Health Care Center for 20 years. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, St. Michael Christian Mothers, Catholic Knights and the Whitelaw Homemakers.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Albert (Margaret) Grimm; her father-in-law and mother-in-law: Alois (Anna) Muench; one brother and sister-law: Harry (Bernice "Bunny") Grimm; one sister: Rose Olive
Grimm; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law include: Oscar Muench, Louis (Agnes) Muench, Richard Muench, Bernard (Lydia) Muench, Clarence (Agnes) Muench, Lucille (Reubin) Marshburn.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010, at St. Michael Catholic Church in Whitelaw. The Rev. David Zimmerman will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial with burial to follow at St. Michael Cemetery.
