Pleasant Home Wedding Solemnized at East Bloomfield
East Bloomfield, March 30. A pretty wedding took place at the home of Mrs. Oscar E. Parker this evening at 8 o'clock when her young daughter, Miss Arlene Chase Parker, became the wife of William Edson Adams, only son of John Adams of this village.
The ceremony was performed by Rev. William D. Robinson, pastor of the Congregational Church in the presence of thirty-five relatives, no one outside of the two families being invited. Palms formed the decorations of the parlor, where the bride and groom, unattended, stood during the ceremony.
The bride wore a gown of champagne colored voiley over taffeta, with trimmings of applique. A wedding supper was served after the ceremony. Mr. & Mrs. Adams did not leave for a wedding journey. They will reside for the present with Mrs. Adams' mother, Mrs. Parker.
