HANNIBAL -
Margie Marie Higgins, 74, of Hannibal, died Dec. 27, 1998, at Hannibal Regional Hospital.
Funeral services for Mrs. Higgins will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Grand View Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Clyde Beers will officiate. Burial will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Hannibal.
Mrs. Higgins was born July 13, 1924, in LaGrange to Henry and Luzena Day Winkler.
She was married to Donald Higgins on Dec. 15, 1956, in Hannibal. He preceded her in death.
Other survivors include one daughter, Kathleen Clark of Hannibal; one sister, Clara Turnbough of Hannibal; and two grandchildren, Brian Clark and Angie Clark.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Della Sharp, Martha Ward and Condra Gaus.
Mrs. Higgins was a member of Praise Fellowship Church in Hannibal. She had worked at Levering Hospital in the cafeteria and later at Luther Manor Nursing Home.
There will be no visitation.
