In her obituary below, she is named "Sarah", but the stone clearly says Susan.

Mrs. Sarah Eva Cheney, aged 89, died Tuesday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Marsh, at Troy Center. She had been seriously ill only since Thanksgiving Day.

Mrs. Cheney was a daughter of Warren and Sarah Lepley Brink and was born in Jackson township, Venango county, on July 10. 1855. Her husband, Samuel Cheney, died April 29, 1939, and besides the daughter, she leaves one son, Fred Wetzel of Salem, O. There are two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Maggie Seekins of Franklin and Mrs. Mary Deeter of Cooperstown, and two brothers, William Brink of Cooperstown and Jonathan Brink of Warren, O.

Mrs. Cheney was a member of the Chapmanville Methodist Church and Diamond Grange....

Services will be conducted at the Troy Center Methodist church... and interment will be in the Troy Center cemetery.
