McKENZIE - Leslie Gray Hopper, 76, retired farmer, died Saturday at Methodist Hospital of McKenzie after a long illness. Services will be at 4 p.m. today at Brummitt Funeral Home with burial in Carroll Memorial Gardens. He was a member of Trezevant (Tenn.) First Baptist Church. Hopper, the husband of Vera Wingfield Hopper, also leaves two daughters, Mrs. Lana Wiggleton and Miss Rae Hopper, both of McKenzie; two sons, Bill Hopper of Longview, Texas, and Leslie Gray Hopper Jr. of Little Rock; a brother, Herman Hopper of McKenzie, and seven grandchildren.
