VACLAV CHARVAT
Wenzel Charvat, one of the best known residents of the county and
prominent in his home, near Larrabee is dead at the age of 57 years.
For years Mr. Charvat held the appointment of postmaster and
conducted a mercantile establishment, the largest in that vicinity.
He had resided in the county a greater portion of his life and was
well and favorably known in this city. He took an active part in
politics, but during the past few years had lived a retired life.
A family of wife and three children survive him. The funeral was
held at Larrabee today and several from this city were present.

Death last week in Larrabee of 56-yr. old Wenzel Charvat,
a well-known resident there. He leaves his widow and 3
children. The funeral was held Friday.
