Order for Proof of Will

STATE OF WISCONSIN, MANITOWOC COUNTY, ss.
Probate Ofice, Manitowoc, December 27th A.D. 1884.
In the matter of the proof and probate of the last will and testament
of Anna Kubicek deceased, late of the county of Manitowoc.
Whereas an instrument in writing purporting to be the last will and
testament of Anna Kubicek deceased, late of the Town of Cooperstown
in said county of Manitowoc, has been filed in this court, and whereas
application has been made by John Duchon who is named in said will as
the executor thereof praying that the same be proven and admitted to
Probate according to the laws of this State, and that letters testamentary
be issued thereon, as proveded by law:
Therefore it is ordered; that said application be heard before me at the
probate office in the city of Manitowoc, in said County, on Tuesday, the
20th day of January A.D. 1885, at ten o'clock, A.M.
And it is further ordered, that notice shall be given to all persons
interested in said will, of the time and place of said hearing, by
publication in the Lake Shore Times, a newspaper printed in said county,
for three successive weeks, once each week prior to the time of such hearing.
