On Sunday, March 17, 2013, Margie Anne Byrnes Rosche passed away at the age of 84 years.
She was a woman of Faith as she served the Lord in various capacities, such as the choir, VBS and outreach ministry to shut-ins. She was a talented seamstress and quilter. She enjoyed years of involvement in the St. Tammany Twirlers and Slidell Little Theatre. Mrs. Margie was a 1950 graduate of Charity School of Nursing in New Orleans, La. And a member of Pearl River United Methodist Church in Pearl River, La.
She is survived by 4 children, Henry Rosche, III, Patricia Rosche Warden, John Larry Rosche and his wife Donna, and Dr. C. William Rosche and his wife Lisa, a sister, Lois Jean Hitt brother, Buddy Byrnes, and 14 grandchildren, Laura, John, Jr., Lance, Daniel, Jessica, Shannon, Margot, Emily, Sarah, Megan, Cory, Ethan, Nicholas and Isabel. Also survived by a host of Great-Grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Henry Rosche, Jr. and her parents, Gilbert and Allis Byrnes.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at 12:00 PM at D.T. Williams Funeral Home, Pearl River, La., with visitation starting at 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral.
Interment to follow at Hickory Memorial Gardens Cemetery, located at D.T. Williams Funeral Home, Pearl River, La.
