Tragedy Hits Twice At Farm Near Wauseon
WAUSEON--(AP)--Clair Wyant 36, a farmer, looked under a dump trailer bed which had stuck upright after a load of corn had been dumped last night.
The bed suddenly fell, crushing his head and killing him. His father, William R. Wyant, 60, ran for help and returned with Lyle Salsberry, a neighbor. They jacked the bed off the dead man's head.
A Morenci physician drove into the farm yard. Wyant told Salsberry, "I don't think my heart can take any more of this", walked around the doctor's car and fell dead against the side.

He married Idah May Burroughs on 24 January 1941 in Fulton County Ohio.
