Joan departed this life, and joined her Heavenly Father on March 17,2013 at Garnett Place, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, at the age of seventy-six years, six months and eight days.
On September 9,1953 Joan was united in marriage to Kenneth Max Jobe, and to this union were born two son's, Dennis Jobe and wife Vicky, of Toddville,Iowa and James Jobe of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, two daughters, Miki Liggett of Marshfield, Missouri and Kimberly Kramer and husband Tom of Phoenix, Arizona.
Also surviving are her beloved grandchildren, Stephanie, Chris; Cassandra; Brandon; Mckayla; T.J. and Alex.
Great-grandchildren, Kamden, Kelsey, Keanna, Kasen, and Korben.
Three brothers survive, Arnold Edwards of Columbia Falls,Montana, Max Edwards of Edwardsville,Kansas and James "Dub"Edwards of Cedar Rapids,Iowa. also surviving are several nieces and nephews as well as a host of other dear family and friends.
She was a loving Mother, Grandmother; Great-grandmother and sister also a caring neighbor and friend.
Joan was raised in the Christian faith and attended the Presbyterian Church while living in Cedar Rapids Iowa.
Joan leaves behind a legacy of love, and we celebrate her life and cherish the memories she created for each of us.
