Wanda was born August 11, 1934 in El Reno, OK to Samuel Porter and Verna Mayfield Batton and passed away March 21, 2013 in Owasso, OK. She attended school through the 10 grade and the family moved to Pauls Valley, OK where she graduated in May 1952. She married Geo G. Floyd on November 15, 1952 at the First Christian Church in Pauls Valley. He was the love of her life and they were married 51 years. They had two daughters Sandra and Jacque. They have three beautiful grandchildren, Amy Wilson-Schultze, Holly Wilson-Heilman, and PaPa's Pal Sam Kvasnicka-Rains, three great grandsons, Dylan, Bo, and Gibson.
She was a Bailiff for Special District Judge at Garfield County Courthouse for 16 years, retiring in 1999. She was a faithful member of Central Christian Church from 1969 to 2010.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother and baby sister. She always ended her letters with this message, May God Bless you and yours and Keep all in his care.
