ALICE SEEFELDT

Alice Seefeldt, age 75, of 4553 Harvest Circle in Manitowoc, died Thursday afternoon, January 8, 1998, at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc.

The former Alice Gaulke was born February 25, 1922, in Milwaukee, daughter of the late Arthur and Selma (née Schroeder) Gaulke.

On June 29, 1957, she was married to Dan J. Seefeldt at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, Brillion.

Alice was a 1940 graduate of South Division High School, Milwaukee. During World war II, she served as a Nurse's Aid in Milwaukee and later worked for International Harvester in Milwaukee, the Brillion Iron Works, and retired in 1981 from Holy Family Hospital. She was a member of Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church and Bethany's Ladies Aid.

Survivors include her husband, Dan, in Manitowoc; one son and daughter-in-law, Todd and Carol Seefeldt, Manitowoc, and their two children, Chelsea and Carly Seefeldt; the daughter and son-in-law, Terri and Ed Schwantes, Manitowoc, and their two children, Adam and Allison Schwantes. Sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends also survive.

Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, January 12, 1998, at Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church, with entombment in the Knollwood Mausoleum.
