Frank W. Shimek, 75, of 1708 Hawthorne Dr., Two Rivers, died unexpectedly late Wednesday morning, March 4. Private family funeral services will be held. Entombment will be in Knollwood Mausoleum, Town of Kussuth.
Mr. Shimek was born Nov. 6, 1906, at Kellnersville, son of the late Frank and Anna Shavlik Shimek.
He married Clara Christoffel Oct. 15, 1934, at Two Rivers.
Mr. Shimek had been employed with Eggers Plywood Company as maintenance foreman, retiring 10 years ago.
Survivors include his wife, a son and daughter-in-law Daniel W. and Carol Shimek of West Point, N.Y.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra and Dale Havlichek and Kaila and Don Koerner of Two Rivers; two brothers, Wenzel Shimek of Maribel and Louis Shimek of Larrabee and four grandchildren, Jeffrey and Kenneth Havlichek and Elizabeth and Daniel Shimek.
Friends may call at Deja and Martin Funeral Chapels, Two Rivers, after 6 p.m. Friday. A memorial service will be at 7 p.m.
