Rose E. Skarvan, age 94, of 10824 County Highway R, Whitelaw, died on Monday, June 4, 2007, at the residence of her granddaughter, Deb (Ron) Hornburg, Manitowoc.
Rose was born on Feb. 20, 1913, in the town of Rockwood, daughter of the late Matt and Elizabeth (Carbon) Decker.
On Feb. 21, 1933, she married Victor G. Skarvan at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Kellnersville. He preceded her in death on May 27, 1995.
Rose enjoyed her cats, gardening, baking and going to Oneida.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Victor; one son: Harlan Skarvan on Feb. 7, 1977; three brothers and five sisters.
Private family funeral services were held at Knollwood Chapel Mausoleum. Deacon Alan Boeldt officiated. Entombment followed at Knollwood Mausoleum. The Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home of Kellnersville assisted the Skarvan family.
