Funeral services were held at 9:45 a.m. Monday for Mrs. George (Never) Fritz at Holy Name Catholic Church, Kimberly. Burial was in the parish cemetery.
Mrs. Fritz of the Franciscan Care Center, Appleton, died on Thursday, April 5, 1990, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton, at the age of 78, following a long illness. The former Agnes Gossens was born on April 8, 1911, in De Pere, the daughter of the late Herman and Mary (De Cleene) Gossens. She retired from the Kimberly-Clark Club House after 24 years of service. She was a member of Holy Name parish, the Ladies of Holy Name, and a former member and officer of the Kimberly Golden Agers.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Fred Never, in 1954; her second husband, George Fritz, in 1971; and a brother and sister-in-law, Ole and Katherine Gossens.
The Jansen-Fargo Funersl Home, Kimberly, assisted the family with the arrangements.
