Oletha Electa (Horton) Taylor was the daughter of John F. and Ann E. Horton. She was baptized Sand Lake Baptist Church July 6, 1873. Oletha was the 1st wife of Rev. Bushrod Shedden Taylor. They were married Sand Lake, New York May 22, 1878. Rev. Taylor was a minister in the Nebraska Conference and Troy Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church. He died October 8, 1935.
