Mrs. Patty P. Bumpas, 84, of Tuscumbia, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2013.
The family will receive friends for visitation 6-8 p.m. Sunday, March 24, at Colbert Memorial Chapel. The funeral will begin at 11 a.m. Monday in the funeral home chapel, with Brother Casey Hagle officiating. She will be buried in Colbert Memorial Gardens.
She is survived by her children, Doug Bumpas (Karen), Tim Bumpas (Melinda) and Christy Hoffman (Keith); grandchildren. Adam Hoffman (Betsy), Drew Bumpas (Kristin), Gina Voorhees (Luke), Laura Bumpas, Jordan Bumpas and Jana Bumpas; and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Drew Bumpas, Tyler Nelson, Adam Hoffman, Luke Voorhees, Brad Chaney, Tommy Brackin, Daniel Vandiver and Bobby Merryman.
She attended Parkview Baptist Church for a number of years. In lieu of flowers, you may send donations in her name to the missions fund at Parkview Baptist Church.
Colbert Memorial Chapel is assisting the family.
