GREENDALE, WISCONSIN - Ione B. (nee Behnke) Hawkinson Steffes, age 53, died on Friday, March 5, 1993.
She was the beloved wife of Joseph L. Steffes [born 9 August 1929];
the dearest mother of Scott (Kimberly) Hawkinson, Cynthia Hawkinson, Michael, Paul and Patrick Steffes, and the loving daughter of Paul and Violet Behnke.
She is further survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 8, 1993 at 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Entombment will be at Knollwood Mausoleum and Garden in Manitowoc, Wisconsin on Tuesday, March 9, 1993 at 2:00 p.m.
Ione was a member of St. Stephen the Martyr Lutheran Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
