Neal Thomas Cole, of Las Vegas, Nev., passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013, at the home of his sister and brother-in-law, Sandra and Rich Hughes, also of Las Vegas.

He was born on Aug. 18, 1953, in Williamsport, to the late Albert E. Sr. and Mary E. Heggenstaller Cole.

"Tom" graduated from Montoursville Area High School in 1971 and had previously worked at Grants Department Store, Kmart, and other local companies. Anyone that knew him, knew that he loved his family, and was a very private person.

Surviving are five brothers, Albert E. Jr., Williamsport, Larry A. (Cathy), Thousand Oaks, Calif., Daniel R. (Jody), Loyalsock Township, Michael D. (Penny), Hancock, Md., and Charles A. (Karen), Lansdale, Pa. Also surviving are five sisters, Sandra L. (Rich) Hughes, Las Vegas, Nev., with whom he resided for 14 years, Jayne C. Austin, Loyalsock Township, Susan C. (Dave), Sayre, Pa., Michele D., Montoursville and Nancy C. (Thomas) Harmon, Plunketts Creek Township.

He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, "Tom" was preceded in death by a brother, Curtis.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date at the convenience of the family.
