Mrs. Mary C. Trippeer, 77, of Memphis, retired teacher, died Thursday at her home after a long illness. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery East. She was a member of Raleigh Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Trippeer, the wife of John Trippeer, also leaves two daughters, Mrs. Mary Jane Jordan of Cordova, Tenn. And Mrs. Carol Sue Lipscomb of Ashland, Va.; a sister, Mrs. Blanche Wilson of Memphis; a brother, James Cupples of Springhill, La., and five granddaughters.
