Mrs. Elizabeth A. Darling, wife of Alexis P. Darling of 747 Boulevard died Monday in her home after a long illness.
She was born in Brooklyn, N. Y. and had lived in Westfield 37 years. She was a member of the First Methodist Church here and was formerly financial secretary of the church for 27 years.
She was also a member of the Westfield Woman's Club and the Women's Republican Club.
She is survived, in addition to her husband, by one daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Cornell of 332 West Dudley avenue and two grandsons.
Services were held at Gray's yesterday with Dr. Gordon A. Michalson, pastor of the First Methodist Church, officiating. Interment was in Fairview Cemetery.
