Memorial service: 12:30 p.m. Saturday in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Chapel. Visitation: 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the chapel.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Cecil L. Hill Library at Carrie Francis Thomas Elementary in the Birdville ISD.
He was preceded in death by wife, Thelma; son, Cecil Jr.; his parents; and eight siblings.
