s/o Thomas Edward Aber and Addie Wilkin/Aber. He was on the office sales for the G.S. Dunnick Company for many years but had retired. He had also been a member of the board of public affairs during the days when Hillsboro was a village. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge of Hillsboro and the First Methodist Church of Hillsboro.
He is survived by his wife, Daisy C. Aber; one daughter, Mrs. Iona DeLong, One son, Ronald E. Aber; one brother, Leonard Aber; and one grandson.
Services were held at the Rhoads Funeral Home with Rev. Herbert B. Shiltz officiating and burial was in the Masonic Cemetery at Lynchburg.
Eagles Lodge services were held at the funeral home.
