Julian Eliot Boyer, 82, of Dublin, died Friday, October 24, 2003.

Graveside funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Monday at Dublin Memorial Gardens.

A native of Hancock County, GA, he was the son of the late Callaway Boyer and Lucille Walker Boyer. Mr. Boyer was a veteran of the US Navy serving during World War II. He was retired from Oconee EMC after 40 years. During his career he worked with Three Notch EMC, Florida Keys EMC, and Irwin EMC. Mr. Boyer also taught business courses at the Vocational Technical School in Donalsonville. He was a member of Pine Forrest United Methodist Church and a former member of the Dublin-Laurens County Personnel Council. He was preceded in death by his brother,John C. Boyer.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Cole Boyer of Dublin

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4 p.m.-6 p.m. today. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Hospice of Laurens County, P.O. Box 1344, Dublin, GA 31021.
