Mrs. Martha Evelyn Nix, age 65, of Chatsworth Georgia, departed this life Wesdnesday March 27, 2013 at the Hamilton Medical Center.
Evelyn was born May 1, 1947, in Franklin. North Carolina. She was preceded in death by her Father, Willis Roy Tillison.
She is survived by her husband of forty four years: Malcolm Franklin Nix of Chatsworth, Georgia; sons and daughter-in-law: Malcolm Jr. and Fonda Nix of Clemmons, North Carolina; Ron Nix of Eugene, Oregon; Mother and Step-Father: Ann and Gene Westbury of LaGrange, Georgia; brothers and sisters-in-law: Carlton and Joan Tillison of Griffin, Georgia; Danny and Pat Tillison of LaGrange, Georgia; seven grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.
Services to celebrate the life of Martha Evelyn Nix will be held Saturday March 30, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Harold Morrow and Reverend Chris Hughes officiating. Interment will follow in the West Hill Cemetery.
