Mrs. Mary Hamilton Adams, aged 78 years, died yesterday at the family home, 306 West Fifth street. Mrs. Adams had been a resident of Pueblo since 1873; hence she was well known and loved by a large circle of friends here. She had been in feeble health for several months, but it is thought that the death of her son, J. J. Allen, who was buried on November 16, hastened her passing. The following children survive her: William and Thomas Allen, of Montrose, George Allen, of Fallon, Nevada, and S. W. Allen, Mrs. Mary E. Adair, Alfred Allen and Alice Smith, all of Pueblo; Nora F. Thomas, of Denver and Ruby C. Tipton, of Evanston, Wyoming. Funeral announcement will be made later by McCarthys.Pueblo Chieftain (Pueblo, CO) November 30, 1918, p.: 4
