DIED.-At Jackson Gate, Sept. 7th 1884. Mrs. Abbie T. Norton, wife of A. Norton, aged about 56 years.
[The deceased had been in poor health for several months past, suffering from an ailment which medical skill was unable to remove. She was well know and highly respected in the vicinity, and her loss is deeply regretted by all. She was buried on Monday under the auspices of Jackson Rebekah Degree Lodge, I.O.O.F. of which she was a much esteemed member.]
