Stanley C. Abbott, 85, of 1209 Milam, died Monday at St. Mary's Hospital. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at J. Levy and Bro. Funeral Home with the Rev. Cecil
H. Lang officiating. Burial will follow at Galveston Memorial Park in Hitchcock. Mr. Abbott was born July 19, 1893 in St. Paul, Minn.He was a r e t i r e dwarehouseman with the
Texas City Tin Smelter and had been a member of Harmony Lodge No. 6 A.F. and A.M. and the Scottish Rite. Surviving are his wife, Mary Louise Abbott of Galveston; a brother, W.C. Abbott of Yucaipa, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Ben Oates of Mabank, Texas and Mrs. Ruth Coates of Dallas; and several nieces and nephews. Visitors may call at thefuneral home
at 4 p.m. Tuesday. Pallbearers will be Harvls Whltaker, Glenn Williamson, John F. Weber, W.C. Jahn, C.A. Keleman and Homer Dee.
