She was the daughter of Calvin Pearl Muse and Charlotte Nadine Hartshorn Muse. As a young girl, she along with her sister Norma Lee and brother Robert Wayne, tagged along as their parents made a gigantic move from Iowa to Portland, Oregon.
In Oregon, the family head count expanded with the births of Larry Eugene, Gary Dean, Harold Lloyd and twins, Diane Colleen and Donna Eileen.
In June 1955 she married a Texan, by the name of Lee Brit Tully Jr, her 2nd marriage, Lee's first, and they made their home in Houston, Texas. From this union came Gary Dean, Terri Lee, Paul Allen and Linda Louise.
Peggy was Preceded in death by her parents Calvin Pearl(March 30, 1968) and Charlotte Nadine Muse Graham (May 19, 1996) and her brother Gary Dean (June 1st, 1946) and sister Diane Colleen (January 5th, 1951). Her Husband, Lee Brit left before her too, on July 18, 1987.
