Leslie H. Hazelwood, 84, of Greenfield, died Thursday, June 24, 2010 at Volunteer Community Hospital, Martin.
Services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Williams Funeral Home Chapel in Greenfield with David Worley, Wayne Perkins and James Harold Hazelwood officiating. Burial was in Hornbeak Cemetery, Greenfield. Larry Pentecost, Ed Box, Jerry Boone, Kyle Stout, Corey Stout and Sterling Peery served as pallbearers.
Hazelwood was born Jan. 30, 1926, in Martin, son of the late Hobson and Lizzie Mae Terry Hazelwood. He was employed for 37 years at the Weakley County Municipal Electric System and attended Bethel Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Michael Hazelwood of Sharon and James Harold Hazelwood of Greenfield; and one daughter, Paula Stout.
