LEBANON - Florence Elvera Schlittzkus, 76, died Saturday at her Lebanon home. She was born Florence Engster, June 18, 1913, in Tarkio Township, Iowa to John Alfred Engster and Anna Sophie Hart. She had lived in Oregon since 1936.
She married Frederick William Schlitzkus October 3, 1936, in Essex, Iowa. He survive.
Also surviving are daughter Mary Squire of San Francisco, sons William of Lebanon and David of Coquille; sisters Alice Nelson of Cockatoo, Minnesota: and Lillian Stearns of Walnut Creek, California, and several grandchildren.
A private memorial service will lie scheduled later Huston Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
