Thomas Alan Magnani passed away peacefully after a sudden illness. He was born and raised in San Francisco where he graduated from Sacred Heart High School. Tom served in the USMC from 1950-1954. He joined the SFPD in 1956 and retired 30 years later as an Inspector. He then moved to Guerneville and Santa Rosa, spending Julys at the Bohemian Grove.
Tom is survived by his son Chris, daughter Kate (Will), cherished grandchildren Jessica and Colton, and ex-wife Jeanne. He was preceded in death by 2 sons: USAF MSgt. Pat, and Mike.
Services will be private with Interment at Sacramento Valley VA National Cemetery in Dixon. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Widows and Orphans c/o SFPD.
