William "Bill" Siperko, son of William A. and Helen Whelan Siperko was born august 23,1931 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and entered the gates of Heaven on February 9, 2013 in Springfield, Missouri at the age of eighty one years.

Bill made his profession of faith at an early age and at the time of his passing was a long time active and faithful member of Phillipsburg Christian Church, as long as his health allowed, Bill was a strong silent type and the epitome of a devout Christian servant for his family and friends. Fellowship with his church family was very important to him.

On September 30,1955, Bill was united in marriage with the love of his life, Helen Marshall. To this union was born two daughters, both surviving.

Bill took his vows seriously, and his girl's lovingly recall how in their Father's eye's, their Mother could do no wrong, He loved her with all his heart and she did the same.

Bill proudly served our country in the United States Army entering on November 28,1952, and serving until his honorable discharge on November 28, 1954. He was employed as a meat cutter at Ft. Leonard Wood, Commissary for many years. He was respected by his co-workers for his dedication and strong work ethic. Bill retired in August of 1986.

Bill had many titles, the one he was proudest of was pop-pop and all of his grandchildren referred to him this way, and spending time with them was his favorite pastime.

He leaves to celebrate his memory, his wife Helen, two daughters, Becky Goslin and her husband Tim, and Theresa Walker and her husband David, all of Lebanon, Missouri;one brother Phillip Siperko, and one sister Rita Schofield and her husband Ronald, all of Philadelphia, Pa; five grandchildren, Brandon and Stephanie O'Halloran, Timothy Goslin, Matthew and Zachary Walker; one great granddaughter Jayla O'Halloran; and other relatives and friend's.

Bill was preceded in death by his parent's, one brother Joseph Siperko, one sister Helen Fleming; his brother-in-law William Fleming, and a niece Barbara Ambrose.

Bill was a loving husband, caring and loving father, fun loving grandfather, cherished brother and loyal friend. Those who had the pleasure of knowing him will miss the laughter, but cherish the memories, Our loss is truly Heaven's gain.
