Funeral services for Mrs. Maggie Gault, 78, were conducted Monday afternoon in the chapel of the Gallant Funeral Home here. The Rev. R. E. Burroughs officiated, and burial was in the New Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Gault died in the Lincoln County Hospital March 18, after a long illness.
She was a native of Lincoln County, daughter of the late Will and Louella Polly Ayers.
Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Etha Corbin; two brothers, William Ayers of Lincoln County and J. W. Ayers of Lewisburg; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Pauline Ayers, Mrs. Homer Dunivan, and Mrs. Mable Bevels; a stepson, Pete Gault, all of Lincoln County.
