Louis was the son of Noel and Elise Gauvin Bourassa. He attended Lewiston Schools. In July 1923, he married Bernadette Brouillette who died in 1993. He worked for Brown Bobbin Company in Lawrence, Mass, for 35 years as a foreman, prior to his retirement. He was a memember of St. Peter & Paul Church.
He is survived by several nieces and nephews.
